Guangzhou Huichuan Industrial Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturing facility with a rich history and exceptional production capabilities. Established in 1988 as a dedicated hardware factory, we have amassed over three decades of industry expertise.
Our core business is to provide comprehensive, one-stop manufacturing solutions, with key capabilities including metal processing, plastic molding, and high-quality surface treatments. Beginning in 2015, we successfully transitioned our business model by integrating upstream and downstream resources to specialize in the mass production of finished goods. In 2022, we further expanded our product lines and platforms to meet evolving market demands.

Metal Fabrication: Equipped with fully automatic punching presses, high-precision CNC tube bending machines, laser welding systems, and multiple welding robots, complemented by intelligent spot welding technology. Guarantees ±0.1mm tolerance for chair seat/frame components, delivering strength and durability that exceed industry benchmarks.
Plastic Molding: Equipped with multiple advanced injection molding machines, specializing in PP/ABS seat production with a daily output of 20,000+ units. Supports quick mold change and customized solutions.
Surface Treatment: Fully automated powder coating line offering 50+ standard color options (Pantone custom colors available), with coating durability certified by 500-hour salt spray tests, ensuring exceptional weather resistance and aesthetics.
